We moved over a while ago and would never go back.
If its a newish TV it will work, Some of the older ones wont tune in. If you have the choice in your tuning menu to pick different countries/Regions it will Work
DVD no problem, same voltage etc
One of our older TV's wouldnt tune in, but we still use the scart inputs on it

Dvd player will work, your tv will work but you will not be able to pick up tv signals on it, they will be scrambled, something to do with transmission wavelenghts.

depends on the format of what you're watching if your dvd player play pal and ntsc then yes it will work fine
