first the telephone ring and we hang up the telephone and we can speak, fax before we want fax we must telephone and tell we want fax and close the telephone and we can fax.email before we send the email we must know email address and we writing after that we sent the email.i think this answer

telephone, the other person has to be available and they get to speak,most expensive

fax reliant on paper being in the machine at the other end,and it printing a workable copy, photos not great.

e-mail totally secure, free, and reliant on the reciever checking their mail. you can sent just about anything and print a digital copy.
