believe me, i know how you feel. it really feels awkward for a woman to tell a guy first of her feelings. however, it is not really forbidden. nor is it a crime. just continue being nice to him. try to let him feel comfortable to share his thoughts and feelings. if he really does like you, he might be able to open up. if he doesn't, then, tell him how you feel. just try to keep it simple. it might just help. and be prepared for whatever reaction he might have. good luck!

its 2007, women are allowed to make the first move!! it all sounds good so far, both being nervous is a common situation, make the first move, keep it simple, going for a coffee etc, get to know each other, slowly, properly and see how it develops, good luck to you

Tell him how you feel and be ready on what would happen after saying your feelings for him. Some friendship might end or be more than friendship.
