a spoon definitely!it easier to scoop the whole lot up.ice-cream will just evade the tines of the fork.maye as a compromise, you can lay your hands on a runcible spoon.you know, the fork-spoon hybrid?

I only like soft-serve and fruit ice bars. For dairy, I enjoy cheese, milk, cottage cheese, flavored yogurt and eggs. I hate ice cream. Gelato is okay. Always a spoon and not a cheap plastic one.

Whichever is closest. Does it really matter as long as you can get the ice cream cake into your mouth?
