i agree with the most of it. u just little bit mixed the order of priority: rich should be not 11, it should be 1. also if he is rich why a woman should bring her own food? can't he just order from the most expensive restaurant? so i came down to just 2 points:
1. man should be rich
2. a woman shows up in a nice longerey

Why would any woman want a brother? Plus if a man acts like a woman, as most of these categories seem to suggest, I doubt he would be very impressive to a woman. Have you never heard the saying 'Treat 'em mean, keep 'em keen?'
