Yes - you will be housed by NASS, immediately with no waiting list.
You will get a lot of help - with a NASS officer ensuring you buy funiture etc... from the shops. Also many parts of the council will assist you. From Birmingham council - http://www.birmingham.gov.uk/Media/English%20book.pdf?MEDIA_ID=153970&FILENAME=English%20book.pdf
Interpreters and translators are available by appointment if required (for free).
Your 1st stop is the www.refugeecouncil.org.uk. These will give you a pile of help - you will be housed immediately under statute law if you claim you have no accomodation - ordinary british citizens go homeless under council waiting lists, not protected by statue law.
You have full access to the British peoples limited social stock of council housing, by claiming you are homeless.
"In Birmingham, the City Council owns the biggest number of
rented homes and has an Allocation Scheme to make sure that reasonable preference is given to people who have a housing need (as defined by the Housing Act 1996 part 6, Homelessness Act 2002)" Thats because council housing treats you as equal to a Uk citizen, who may be sleeping on the floor with relatives.
Housing is based on points, taking no account of the fact that British families have paid for this stock for thier communities own social insurance.
You also have access to Housing assoiciations in the same way, jumping over everybody else on the waiting list and treated as equal to a tax paying UK citizen, having just got off the boat.
If you have a low income from work you may be able to
claim one of the following benifits:
• Working Tax Credit
• Council Tax Benefit
• Housing Benefit
If you have children to look after there are several
benefits that you could claim:
• Child Tax Credit
• Working Tax Credit
• Child Benefit, which is paid regardless of your income level
If your child is disabled, you may be able to claim:
• Disability Living Allowance
• Invalid Care Allowance
If you are unemployed and available for work you are
entitled to claim:
• Job seeker's Allowance
If you are ill and therefore unable to work you
can claim:
• Incapacity Benefit
If you are a lone parent and unable to work, or work for
less than 16 hours per week, you can claim:
• Income support
You will also get full housing and council tax benefit..
A Passport to Leisure card allows up to 50% discount on most
activities at City Council Swimming Pools, Leisure Centres, Golf
Courses and some other leisure attractions. The card is
available to people over 60 years, full time students, Foster
Carers, Asylum Seekers and people in receipt of benefits.
So you get all that - and also can work in the black economy, with connections from in your local ghetto. This lowers local wages and thus offsets some of the inflation from all the money and tax breaks on property the political elite are printing to themselves.

U idiot, don't you know that asylum seekers are here for a reason.....for fear of beatings, shootings, and rape if you disagree with the policies of the holding country...My fiance is Zimbabwean and because he supported the British when it was Rhodesia he is at risk from being shot by Mr Mugabe if he returns to Zimbabwe....
