He might have tons of people on his IM list and so maybe he doesn't have time to message everybody. I would wait to get upset until you've messaged him first a couple of times and had long, interesting conversations... If all you two "talk" about on IM is along the lines of, "Hey, what's up" "Nothing, you?" "Nothing..." then he's not going to remember to message you.
But if you guys have had "real" conversations on IM and he *still* never messages you when he signs on, and if you're *really* bothered by this, just ask him face-to-face. He might just be a lazy IM-er...

Spam. All of those messages throughout each IM and each neighborhood internet site (myspace, fb) and each electronic mail are all junk mail. They're trash that dull folks ship out to scare different folks. Ignore it. If any of the offerings you employ used to be going to begin charging you there might be an legitimate statement on their house web page and you would typically pay attention it on CNN first. At the very least you would get an electronic mail FROM THEM from their PROPER E-MAIL ADDRESS declaring what they are doing, why, and wherein you'll be able to pass when you've got questions. It'd be dull for Yahoo to begin charging for messenger, that'd reduce their person base by means of no less than ninety% or extra, and it is the ones customers clicking on advertisements that makes Yahoo cash.

Maybe he is one of those people who like to have a long chat list. He might not be as interested in you as you had hoped. Maybe he is waiting for you to make the first move. Go ahead and next time he comes on, buzz him and just say hello whats up. If he wants to chat with you, he will. If you get no response, then block him and be done with it.

Send him a message and say hey. He might not have noticed you were on or that you logged on. Don't read to much into it. He might have a long list of friends and doesn't go through all the names. Just say hey noticed you were on, what's up.

Maybe he is too busy to IM you? Or he could very well forgot that it is you in his messenger list?
Just say hi to him. Whether in real life or in yahoo messenger. :)

can not talk for mim, but i got messenger, an got , so many name on my list, but i dont im that much,, i belive in showing respeck, an honest some dont like it when you just pop on,,, so he may , be waitting for you to make the first move, on im
