If a man speaks in the woods, his girlfriend is not around to hear it.... is he still wrong?

Someone will hear the man even if the girlfriend isn't around. Remember the man is wrong when he says something to just his girlfriend, but in front of other living things (yes, squirrels, ants, etc.), he is not only wrong, but he just embarrassed the girlfriend.
