I mean would it be crazy or foolish to just pick up and leave town and start all over somewhere far far away? Is that running away or is that just trying to start fresh? I haven't been at my job that long so it would be no skin off my nose to get another one, and I don't have any obligations to family, roommates, or anything like that... Its just that my wife left me last year and her reason was that she had never really loved me. My girlfriend whom I've been with for less than half a year says that she can't love me the way I deserve to be loved. Everything reminds me of both of them and I loved them both so much.

Definately is running away sorry to say. It sounds like you really miss your wife and now your girlfriend to make matters worse. Moving doesnt solve problems though because your problems move with you! It sometimes cause more problems to move because then you are adding stress to your life and you are leaving familiarity - whether it is family, people around you, your home etc.

You are going through a process of grief. It is really difficult but try to hang in there. It does get better. Sometimes it seems like a step forward, then a step back, then two steps forward, another step back.

Try to feel your feelings as they come - writing them down is a good way to express them especially if you havent got anyone to talk to about it all.

Also try writing down what you want in your life. Write it in detail. Visualise it. Then work towards it. When you have positive thoughts then often it is easier to move towards this better place ... (a better place thats within yourself, not by moving away!)

I pray that things get better for you. I pray that you stay and work through your feelings. I pray for happiness and joy to come into your life.

All the best
From a caring Australian!
xoxo

If you have enough courage to do it than go... You know sometimes our perceptions get so narrow when we are in the situation but as soon as we stand out of the situation things become clearer and we get focused again on what is important to us I do not think you must call it running away maybe starting fresh is the better expression

You only go around in this life once - take chances, and follow your heart! I think picking up and moving is exciting and seems to be realistic for you.

Go ahead and LIVE!!
