cup of earl grey tea, marks and spencer bread and small chunk of italian salami. Weird I know but I love it.

Apple and raspberry porriage and a glass of water.

Unexciting, but good for me, apparently.

Now, having read this though, I'd really like a peanut butter roll and a cup of tea!

First thing i had a small bowl of oat flakes with soy milk. Then when i got back home after dropping kids off at school and doing reading with them, i made two pieces of multigrain toast with a thin spread of 100% peanuts peanut butter and a thin spread of strawberry jam (jelly if you are in america) with a cup of tea! (I am breastfeeding so i usually have two breakfasts! well thats my excuse anyway!!!!! Ha Ha

I love breakfast. It is the best meal of the day!

Yes weird but don't knock it till you've tried it.

i had 2 slices of low in calorie bread 48cals per slice,2small poached eggs 160cals,a quarter of baked beans 100 cals,with fried mushrooms on the side 0 cals,and then to finish it off a stuffed pepper 81 calories.....IM ON A DIET .
