How to Treat Dry, Rough & Wavy Hair

Get your hair under control with this easy, natural treatment. All of the ingredients can be found in your cupboard!

Ingredients

Almond oil
5 tbsp. of honey

Steps

Massage your hair with warm almond oil.

Apply 5 tablespoons of honey on the scalp and hair.

Put on a warm towel on your head, as if it were a turban.
Let it set for an hour.

Shampoo and condition your hair as usual.

Use a cold water rinse (this closes hair shafts, makes hair shiny, and lessens the chance of breakage and split ends).

Tips
There will be a noticeable difference as soon as you shampoo.

Regular oiling and conditioning will make your hair soft and manageable.

You can warm up a towel by tossing it in a dryer.

Warnings

Don't try this if you're allergic to almonds or honey!

I think oiling is not the only remedy for dry and damaged hair.
I also had very dry hair and then took spa conditioner treatment in a saloon for four sittings.

Moreover use of conditioner has really helped my hair getting smooth and silky.
Don't miss to condition your hair after washing it. Garnier conditioner is good one and easily available for all kinds of hair in markets.

My hair is rough and dry. Is it OK to use a shampoo (I use Meera) and apply oil too. If not please tell me how many times a week I should apply oil. I would like to consult some therapist. So please suggest. Is homeopathy good for my hair?

A reader.

Dear reader,

Use of oil on your scalp will depend upon quality of your hair. Very oily scalp may not need any oil or only once a week oiling, one hour before shampooing. If your hair is rough and dry you may need oiling daily or on alternate day. Use shampoo according to your hair type - for oily hair use shampoo without conditioner or with very little conditioner and for dry hair use shampoo with conditioner or separate conditioner.

The aim is to keep your hair clean and properly conditioned. Consult a good beauty therapist who can give your proper advice after assessing your hair and suggest you proper shampoo for your hair type. If you fancy homeopathy you could consult a good homeopath.

Have a head bath with natural Shikakai powder and apply everyday oil to your hairs. Both morning and evening have your hairs knitted together and that helps hairs to be wet and become smooth to handle everyday. Natural way is to have kniiting of hairs day and not putting clips and have a fashion of your hairs open for air. Avoid that and apply good oil for hair growth.

Olive oil or virgin coconut oil is the best (just let it stay in your hair as long as you can then shampoo, better if overnight).

Try also egg whites (just manage to put in your hair for about 10 minutes then shampoo).

And, mayonnaise (also manage to put a great amount to your hair then shampoo).
use twice a week egg white and apply into the hair so the hair becomes soft and silky.
or apply vitamine e oil thrice a week.

I used to use Amla oil but now I don't use any oil. Many south-indians put oil and take hair bath only twice a week for their hair to not appear rough.

i do no longer understand approximately organic remedies, yet i take advantage of Hoflex on a daily basis on my horses ft (on the exterior, sole and frog). This prevents the hooves from drying out, chipping, and may even help preclude thrush. that's relatively inexpensive, and in case you purchase a super field of it, it is going to final an fantastically long term. desire this enables!
