Anything fried (potato chips, french fries, fried zucchini)
Salad dressings

Coconut milk

Anything with cream sauces

well it all depends on if the person is a true vegetarian and doesn't eat dairy products such as milk and eggs, if they are not that strict then any products with these in them, pop is fattening and bananas are fattening but if he stays away from breads and pasta then he is going to stay skinny. It is not the meat that makes people fat it is all the products made with sugars and dairy products, why would you want to make anyone fat?

Butter sauces like in curries. In fact, lay on the curry with creamy sauces as much as possible.
Also bread is really fatty, so pile on the nan bread.
