If they cant live a moment without being/calling whatever you, they are needy
If they think their whole like revolves around you and they will die if they are not with you, they are needy....
If you cant breath when they are are around, they are needy

There's a thin line between a person who loves to be around you and a person who is needy. I see someone as needy as when they can't seem to do anything without me being there with them. They always wanted me over, they always needed help doing something (even the simplest things), and they call constantly if you aren't with them.
I see a person as needy if they don't give me the alone time I need.
