I tried to format it in my compute but it says that the formatting process is incomplete then it just stops. It is not read by my digital camera... please help me...

Put the disk into your computer SD slot and right click your mouse on the disk and you will see a menu with the formet option. Before formatting check to see the current File System it is using and use the same when you format, it normally Fat or Fat 32. If you do not have a SD slot on you PC the device you are using the SD in should have an initialise or a format option on it to allow you to do this. Hope this helps.

Try doing it from the dos prompt.
Find out what drive letter is your card reader, then go to Start>Run and type "Cmd" and hit enter.
When the dos prompt opens, type x:\ (where x is the drive letter) to navigate to the SD card.
Type "format /q /u" and follow the steps to verify the formatting is complete.
