theres prolly a firewall or router blocking it on ur end ...

Because it knows how illegal it is and how much it doesn't want you to go to Hell. Try using iTunes if you're going to download music. Better yet, go buy the CD. At least then when it gets stolen, you have tangible proof for your insurance policy.
