Yes, I have done 2 fasts of 2 weeks each. They were brutal but I felt amazing afterwards. I had more energy, a clear head and really felt cleaner. I also give my fasting credit for curing many of my junk food dependencies. There are things that I simply no longer want to eat (luncheon meats, potato chips and the like). I do not recommend fasting as a method of weight loss. A detox must be well researched, planned, and performed ideally with the help of a naturopath or homeopath.

an increase in energy, less bloating, and a sense of accomplishment. i did the lemon fast for 21 days. can you imagine that? i couldn't until i completed it and felt amazing!
