Not much will happen as long as you clean your hand and the floor. It's a weak acid that if left in place could cause a minor burn, but as long as you clean it right away nothing will happen.

that would be an acid wash your hands off with baking soda you should be find you may have irritations on the skin how much liquid you touch may depend on what it does to you. a few drops however I think you will be fine.

OMG It'll eat away your skin down to the bones!!!!
No Really....just kidding....not much will happen....just wash up really good after you touch it. Your hand might get red but that's it...use some cream.

The battery water will cause your skin to itch where contact was made. It can even cause a rash to break-out depending on your skin texture.

ok what you do is wash your hands immediately really hard use soap and anti bacteria solution, then make sure you didn't have any open wounds or it didnt get internally into you, as long as you got it off within the first couple hours and its not inside you its all good, it happened to me when i was like 7...lol..

...wash your hands with lots of water... the liquid that is in the battery is Sulphuric Acid... a very caustic acid that will burn you badly... it can be nuteralized by water and baking soda.
