I want to start babysitting out of my PA home, does anyone know how i can get certified?

Every region in PA should have a childcare information services office. Check your phone book. under childcare. They should provide you with the info. you need.

PA does not require you to be licensed if you will be watching 3 children or fewer.

you can try asking mcys (minstry of community youth society)
