Hello, I am in Central Florida, and suffer from Seasonal allergy every Spring, between Feb to April. This year got me so bad, I was put on 8 medications since it has escalated to Sinus Infection, took me 5 weeks to get rid of it, and now back to allergy. Anyways, I MUST run out door for sports activity I do. Treadmill does not do the job for me. In this case, what time of the day is the best time for me to run out side? and what time of the day I should avoid going out side, or running out side?

ok go to a doctor and ask for singular, my son gets allergies and has to take them 6 months out of the year. and get a good air purfier for your home. and if its really bothering you change your clothes from the outside in your garage and trying going home through there. the reason i said to change your clothes in your garage so you wont get the pollen inside the house. or what you can do is get weekly shots and thatll really help your allergies. good luck

Welcome to my world. I've heard all sorts of things about the best time of day and also, shots didn't work for me. At all. Air purifier, change clothes, shower immediatly after if possible, wear surgical mask if pollen count is high. Personally I find early morning the best. Not as much car exhaust, not as much air movement. Noone mowing their lawn or getting their yards sprayed with chemical crap -- this is in direct conflict with what an allergist told me, which is night is best because the air is circulating and everything hasn't settled at ground level, but after trying the late day, evening thing when people were mowing and I could smell all of the yard stuff in the air and got a nasty infection I'll stick with very early morning. You'd be surprised how many people are out as early as 4am with their dogs running or walking.
