A raw food diet is one of the healthiest ways to go. Packaged foods are so high in sodium, even if they are low fat. I rarely eat processed foods and I have so much more energy now...which is great because I can keep up with my 2 year-old....lol

I used to do this every 3 months and loved it. I am trying to lose a few extra kilos though at the moment so that it is not so hard to do again. I have been a bit slack lately. I find it helps with a general feeling of well being as well as giving me a real energy boost when I get back to a regular healthy diet after.
