As a child were you insightful and introspective?

To this day, the universe still seems huge, continuing on endlessly. Also, life was an adventure. So many things to do and places to see; to an extent, it still is. Growing up, unfortunately, comes with more responsibilities and some of the youthful dreams have not materialized ... but if we can get away from the stresses of work, school, or problems, life can become an adventure again.
