listen to more fast songs,that will make u more energetic and fast in your movements,also listen them at low volume because loud music may make you tired faster

you dont need to work out longer my friend. 45 mins or less is all you need.

if you really want to exercises longer, then try listening to bombay rockers, i dunno if it is punjabi, but helps me get into the groove..
