iam careful with my eating habits inspite iam about 110 kg i heard if their more secretion of thyriod glands weight tends to increase

You are care-full about eating habits ?

Just check out the food u eat in b/w ur main meals ( fried things , soft drinks, sweets, toffees, coffees/ tea, )

Lack of exercise is big contributing factor
Obesity can be due to lot of reason - but the main is imbalanced diet - and lack of exercise, overeating ( more calories)
Hormonal imbalance can lead to obesity but it is less common.

If u feel so u can go for check up - Do: Thyroid function test, Lipid profile

But to reduce the added weigh u have to fix a regular pattern in life - with exercise, walks, balanced diet, cutting off the snaks, added sugars in diet.

Increasing fruits and raw vegetables, lot of water.
