I have read that Kong Toys works wonders for dogs and I wanna buy one. I dunno if they sell it here in Dubai.

You would just have to call the pet supply shops and ask each one. There is no list of dealers on their website.
I find inexpensively them on eBay. Is there an eBay type online auction in Dubai?

Not sure, but if your dog is a real chewer, the black Kong toys are much stronger than the red ones. We would go through a red one is less than two days but we got the ultra kong I think it's called and we still have it after a month!
