I was just laying there watching t.v. and my chest got numb. mostly in my neck right on the clavical (SPELLING?) then the chin, then my checks, and I have felt pain in the middle of each limb like on the back of the calf for weeks.
Pinched nerve maybe?
or something worse? I do have a physical job on ladders and stuff. I paint murals.

I agree with the other poster that sometimes certain positions if we stay in them long enough can cause numbness, but I would recommend checking with your dr to see what they say.

So you are an artist!!!! Oh, since you paint murals, you will surely feel such pain. Well, all you got to do is to simply apply baby oil all over your body, especially you neck, arms, back, chest, and legs.
If you still feel such pain right now, better put a plastic bag on that painful spot for 2 hours before going to bed. Then remove it for it will sure be soaking with perspiration. Then replace the plastic bag with another one for 2 hours again. Be sure to remove it after 2 hours or else, you will have blisters. Then, the following day, NEVER TAKE A BATH. Try to follow this instruction and I am sure, you will be OK.
VOICE OF EXPERIENCE. That is the only medication I can give my painful back, neck, legs and arms for I am allergic to medicines.
Hope this will help. Have a nice day and GOD BLESS.
