If u really love her, then why scared of it. U had told her that u love her when u were drunked, now without drinking go and tell her with all ur guts that u love her. She may think over it.

If need be, just say you were drunk, and act casually if she really wants to just be friends.
But you were brave to tell her, so don't be too hard on yourself. Love is worth making a fool of yourself for.

do you want to be her friend? if you were drunk was it obvious? people usually understand that friends sometimes say things they dont mean when they're drunk. do you think she likes you too? if so just tell her how you feel, but this time say it sober

Talk too her when she is sober and let her know how you feel let her decide and tell her if she needs to talk you are there.
