How long will it be before someone decides to commit suicide off of the newly opened Skywalk over the Grand Canyon? How long before a stunt junkie does a base jump off of it?

That railing doesn't look all that tall does it?
I was looking at the pictures of people on the walk and thinking the same thing and looked to see if someone else had already asked the question on here and sure enough...
Well, it's not far from Vegas, I am sure there's a pool going somewhere!

As soon as someone works out the details of getting out of the canyon without getting caught, there will be a BASE jump. The Native Americans that run it might actually allow them to do it, if the price is right. These people are extremely poor.

good question, and sadly, you are probably right...something is bound to happen...it is a great thing...but don't think it will be too long, sadly...someone will get the courage or even go out there drunk, and maybe fall off the canyon edge..it is really quite dangerous...I hope no one gets hurt there, really...give it six months
