Yes, Muhammad is the Paraclete ( comforter) , that prophet that was and did come after the Prophet Jesus.
Check out what the link has to say.
THAT PROPHET- PARACLETE- MUHAMMAD
Up to the time of Jesus (peace be upon him), the Israelites were still awaiting for that prophet like unto Moses prophecied in Deuteronomy 18:18. When John the Baptist came, they asked him if he was Christ and he said "no". They asked him if he was Elias and he said "no". Then, in apparent reference to Deuteronomy 18:18, they asked him "Art thou that Prophet" and he answered, "no". (John 1: 1 9-2 1).
In the Gospel according to John (Chapters 14, 15, 16) Jesus spoke of the "Paraclete" or comforter who will come after him, who will be sent by Father as another Paraclete, who will teach new things which the contemporaries of Jesus could not bear. While the Paraclete is described as the spirit of truth, (whose meaning resemble Muhammad's famous title Al-Amin, the trustworthy), he is identified in one verse as the Holy Ghost (John 14:26). Such a designation is however inconsistent with the profile of that Paraclete. In the words of the Dictionary of the Bible, (Ed. J. Mackenzie) "These items, it must be admitted do not give an entirely coherent picture."
Indeed history tells us that many early Christians understood the Paraclete to be a man and not a spirit. This might explain the followings who responded to some who claimed, without meeting the criteria stipulated by Jesus, to be the awaited "Paraciete".
It was Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) who was the Paraclete, Comforter, helper, admonisher sent by God after Jesus. He testified of Jesus, taught new things which could not be borne at Jesus' time, he spoke what he heard (revelation), he dwells with the believers (through his well-preserved teachings). Such teachings will remain forever because he was the last messenger of God, the only Universal Messenger to unite the whole of humanity under God and on the path of PRESERVED truth. He told of many things to come which "came to pass" in the minutest detail meeting, the criterion given by Moses to distinguish between the true prophet and the false prophets (Deuteronomy 18:22). He did reprove the world of sin, of righteousness and of judgement (John 16:8-11)
Thank you and have a pleasant day.

We don't believe that Mohammed is the last messenger from God is because we don't believe that Jesus is simply a messenger from God. The whole New Testament is about Jesus the Messiah Son of God. The manuscripts of the Bible are still available today (Dead Sea Scrolls) and you can read them for yourself. No Mohammed in there at all. Mohammed was not taken out of the Bible. Your religion has added Jesus into your religion. Your religion call Jesus a good prophet among many other good prophets. Your religion does not call him the one and only son of God that was announced from heaven at his baptism.

I don't think Jesus said anything at all about Muhammad. And the God of the Bible and the God of the Quran are totally different. The first set of links below should be helpful.

I already answered this in your last question. Jesus told His disciples, after He rose from the dead, that He (Jesus, not the Father) would his disciples a paraclete, an advocate to guide them as they started off to foreign lands. This happened 40 days after Jesus ascended into Heaven, Pentecost, and a tongue of fire shown from the top of all of their heads. This was God's Spirit -- THE HOLY SPIRIT. The Holy Spirit is still with the Church. There was never to be a person to be a messenger after Jesus.
You are misinterpreting Jesus' words to the disciples. Just like Muhammed did. This is your biggest mistake. God warned us of adding and deleting from His words. Doing this will cause chaos.
Matthew 28:19 [Jesus said to His disciples] "Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, until the end of the age."
Mark 16:15-20 "He [Jesus] said to them [His disciples], 'Go into the whole world and proclaim the gospel to every creature. Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved; whoever does not believe will be condemned. These signs will accompany whose who believe: in My name they will drive out demons, they will speak new languages, They will pick up serpents [with their hands], and if they drink any deadly thing, it will not harm them. They will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.' So then the Lord Jesus, after He spoke to them, was taken up into Heaven and took His seat at the right hand of God. But they went forth and preached everywhere, while the Lord worked with them and confirmed the word through accompanying signs."
John 24: 46-49 "And He [Jesus] said to them [disciples] 'Thus it is written that the Messiah would suffer and rise from the dead on the third day and that repentance, for the forgiveness of sins, would be preached in His name to all the nations, beginning from Jerusalem. You are witnesses of these things. And [behold] I am send the promise of My Father upon you; but stay in the city unti you are clothed with power from on high.'
John 20:21-22 "[Jesus] said to them again, 'Peace be with you. As the Father has sent Me, so I send you.' And when He had said this, He [Jesus] breathed on them and said to them, 'Receive the Holy Spirit."
There are many more references in the Holy Bible, God's Word to all of mankind. You keep repeating yourself. JESUS IS THE SON OF GOD. JESUS DIED, ROSE FROM THE DEAD AND ASCENDED INTO HEAVEN. Muhammad was a sinful man that people blindfully followed. A cult leader who was confused with his own beliefs and took things from different religions and created his own.

It's one person's opinion. You can read it that Mohammed is the messenger from God, but many of us don't believe it.
If you want to understand what Christians say, you will need to read the Bible yourself and not rely on other people to interpret it for you.

Hate to break it to you but Jesus identified the spirit as the helper and He arrived at pentacost. Mohammed was never mentioned in Jesus' teachings.

But Jesus Christ have never told His desciples that Muhammed will come from God, after Him.
But asked desciples to wait at Jerusalem till the Spirit of Truth (Holy Spirit / Power from Above) come. They waited at Jerusalem till they receive the Spirit of Truth unseen by the world.
Acts 1 : 4And, being assembled together with them, commanded them that they should not depart from Jerusalem, but wait for the promise of the Father, which, saith he, ye have heard of me.
5For John truly baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost not many days hence.
6When they therefore were come together, they asked of him, saying, Lord, wilt thou at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel?
7And he said unto them, It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father hath put in his own power.
8But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.
9And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight.
10And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel;
11Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.
12Then returned they unto Jerusalem from the mount called Olivet, which is from Jerusalem a sabbath day's journey.
13And when they were come in, they went up into an upper room, where abode both Peter, and James, and John, and Andrew, Philip, and Thomas, Bartholomew, and Matthew, James the son of Alphaeus, and Simon Zelotes, and Judas the brother of James.
Acts 2
1And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place.
2And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting.
3And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them.
4And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.
This was the Spirit of Truth and not a person after some 600 years.
SPIRIT OF TRUTH COULD NOT BE SEEN BY THE WORLD.
John 14:17
Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.
