My wife yells at me when the ketchup get stuck to the bottom of the jar because then I do "PETE TOWSHEND" AIR GUITAR, you make sure the cap is on really tight, then "GO PETE", and flail your arm in a fast circle 5-6 times, the centrifical force from the circling arm, pushes the ketchup to the neck or top of the jar, when you stop, all the ketchup is right in the top of the bottle neck, just open and NOW it's easy to pour.
