yes muscles sag as you grow old. but if you train on regular basis you will not face this problem.even if you go old you will have a good physic. the amount of fat in our body leads to sag muscles so consuming the right kind of food in old age you can avoid this problem.

sure it will if you have the body of a bodybuilder.
if you don't want your muscles to sag in the future, don't grow your build your body too much. keep em toned.

and while you are growing old, you can still maintain your body like a hunk if you can manage to do bodyweight workouts for 1 mins or less at least thrice a week..

Most definetly in your arms mostly. Also your butt can start to sag a bit. You won't really see sagging in your legs,but they will get weaker.
