I have a cook and a driver who eat food at my place all day and when i tell them to make tea for me, they're already having it... Infact they finish it up when i want some. Also, one day i cut 5 large potatoes for myself and told my cook to make fries for me. Unfortunately he gave them to my Driver as an incentive for his day's hard toil. What should i do, i am so troubled and i cannot say anything to my servants otherwise they may cause harm to me or quit their jobs.

you have to be in control, don't ever let personnel take charge. you can be polite and in control. if you want to have things done your way, you have to set the rules :)

Ok you have employed them to work for you. Not the other way round.
Your the boss, time to reset the chain of command and boundaries.
A cooks place is in the kitchen not to give your driver incentives thats your job.
Who cares if they quit there are plently of more people out there.
By the way you shouldnt be peeling potatoes anyway you should be busy doing what you did to make yourself need these servants etc. Best of luck.

Fire the cook. There is no point in having a cook that wont feed you silly. And if the driver says anything tell him he is next if he doesn't watch out.

hey! YOU are the boss! tell them what to do firmly.if they quit what do you care....they are not doing their jobs as thay should! as for:harm you...? where do you live?where are they from? call the police on them NOW if you fell threatened ANY way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
in my country we do feed maids and chauffers but these people are taking advantage of you.YOU should be fed and served first.may be unfair but this is the way it works.that is why they have this job and that is why you pay for:to be catered on.
but serously call the police if you feel something fishy is going on !

listen up freak..................awan and dost muhammad plus hassan eat alot i no but y dun u fire them i mean if they eat so much of food then tell them to quit and there is no point in keepin awan type of drivers and dost muhammad offers them food right? so tell them to quit and also find some 1 new
