The question says it all. Do you think there would be change anywhere (environment, ecosystem, food chain etc.)?
This question was on my mind since I first heard of global warming and climate change. It seems to me that humans do nothing but ruin the environment. I would like to see if anyone agrees or disagrees with me. Please think carefully before answering. Everyone is welcome to express their opinions.

I think not only we should dissapear, but also all the human-made stuffs, like nuclear power places, and industries and fabrics that polute the environment, if we didn;t have an influence in this planet, I think it would be so much better, I just wish it could get better with us still here ^_^"

Humans do ruin the enviorment.Before in prehistoric times is was the fumes from the fires we made.Now its millions of fumes from factories,homes, and much more.There is also excess crabon dioxide that is being leaked into the atmosphere becaseu of us.This is rasing the tempurature of the planet.Scientists have concluded that in 50 years or so there will be less of the world that isnt covered in water because of all the effects humans have.I think that if humans disappear that the effects will slowly go away and eventually disappear. However if humans if are taken away the food cahin balance that we have maintain will claspe.There wil be more cows,chickens,and other foods that we eat(fish etc).Since we wont be eating them anymore.There will also probably be less cats,dogs and things of that nature who cant really defend for themselves for so long in the wild.

Sure, we as people do some harm to the environment. I do believe also that the changing weather patterns is a natural course that earth is taking. Stop blaming all the Hummer drivers. If the environmentalist want to complain, then go bark at China or Mexico.

Me thinks...it would blow up from all the methane gas built up in the atmoshere produced by all the manure from "free roaming" COWS , that would be multipying like bunnies.
Since we wouldn't be around to slaughter them for another Mc burger...
So we have an obligation to drive our SUVs to McDeaths and save the planet

i think there will be changes. if human will disappear from the surface of the earth our environment will have the opportunity to heal itself. since no one will manipulate or exploit our natural resources i do believe that our environment can replenish its destroyed elements.

Humans are just part of the planets evolution process. Once we are gone the planet will continue to evolve. Have we as humans really damaged the planet? Could it be just the nature of the beast, as humans are not programmed to be on this planet forever, just as other species come and go, eventually we humans will go, and some other species will dominate; and so on and on.

large parts of the planet would recover imediatly ,like a hundred years
desserts will not ,it would need anothe ice age and then a tropical period following to wipe all traces of human ocupation off the face of the earth

Nature might flourish. stepped forward land may be reclaimed by ability of untamed vegetation and animals. the climate may be pushed by ability of organic forces/ cycles and might no longer be inspired by ability of emissions. The Earth might in all risk breathe deeply in alleviation.

The whole universe is made for human being, means there will be no use of anything in the entire universe if there is no human. Everything will finish as soon as human beings dissappear from earth!
