Make sure to evacuate your bladder before bed. If you are the type that needs ambient noise, invest in some headphones and listen to music. If you need quiet, invest in some ear plugs. Cut back on pop and coffee, or anything else that has caffeine. Make sure you arent on any prescription drugs that make it difficult to sleep. If there is something stressful in your life that has your mind spinning, try and figure out what it takes to solve it, or at least take 1 step towards resolving the issue daily so you can feel a sense of accomplishment at night when you lay your head down. Make sure you arent playing vids or messing around on the pc all night, it may feel like you cant sleep sometimes but you need to commit and lay down for at least a half hour and see how it goes. Ive had the same problem for years at a time before. I feel for ya. good luck.

I don't know that why you can't sleep but i can assure you a method - whenever you want to sleep just listen some soft instrumental musics and go to bed and close ur eyes very soon u will be in a nice sleep. TRY THIS.

1. dont over eat.
2. Take a warm shower , if not warm ur feet in water.
3. Listen pleasant music/ read books before sleep

first of all. Why cant you sleep? thats the big question. we need to know why your not sleeping. do you have a sleep disorder? if not then maybe you should go to the dr. and find out why your not sleeping. i had same trouble but mine was because i have back problems. so my Dr. put me on a sleeping pill, sometimes it helps and sometimes it doesnt. also you could have a thyriod problem, which could not make you sleep. i say you go to the Dr. and find out whats going on. best of luck to you! :)

It's a type of illness, any stress ,any moments which are very painful to u, u r a good guy, think for ur future and forget ur bed moment bcause good moments are waiting for u any where but when they will meet when u will become fresh, so please sleep and wait for a good morning and get up early, in fresh air,

Love may be the reason for the sleepless night.
i too suffering...
take rivital tablet is a vitamin tablet u can sleep well.
or take cetrizen it is cold tablet is also give u deep sleep for the next day also

Learn to relax! exercise well, play games, go for a run, long walks regularly: eat well, listen to music, read some good books! learn some techniques of breathing and meditation! Bathe in warm water in the evening: swim when you can!

Either u r n love ,or u r just out of love(break up)???I also dont sleep coz m n d second group.But lately m trying hard to overcome,Coz like this we r just hurting ourself .Dont u think we should hurt them who took d sleep n dreams from our eyes??? Relax n sleep buddy.
