Be ready with a pillow and a blanket because she will have to come down from that hyper streak and she'll just crash. maybe also have alkaseltzer or tums ready for her if her stomach feels quizy.

Unless she has asked you to do something, I suggest keeping your nose out of it. If those things make her feel better for a little while, then one or two episodes of over-eating are not going to hurt her. If it's a consistent pattern over a long period of time, then that's another matter, but even then, the only person who can do anything about the problem is HER.

OH MY GOD she ate THAT much!!!!!!!! (screaming the sky is falling the sky is falling)
Maybe she was just really hungry, maybe she is having a bad day, maybe she needs you to stop looking at what she is eating and support her like a good friend would do.

aw, maybe she's going through a really rough time and is "emotionally eating" as a coping mechanism.
give her a hug. encourage her to talk if she wants. try spending time with her and ensure she doesn't keep doing this--it could become a really unhealthy obsession!
