Save all of your food and make sure that the lot numbers are of those that are being recalled. Is your dog in Kidney failure?? Did the vet diagnose that this problem is from the food?

No they won't pay for your vet bill. And no you don't have a case to sue.

save the cans (or those you still have)! while I cannot say in this case the diamand recall you needed the bags for payment
