Less salt, less soda, less caffein, less fried foods.
More yummy fruits, veggies, lean (baked)meats, whole grains, oatmeal, brown rice, low fat dairy, lots of water, and decaf green tea.

foods that are low in sodium are key. natural sugars in juices and fruits are important to balance out your glucose levels. vegetables are important and so are grains. eat like a vegetarian, but remember that you are not limited to being one.
