and a way to overcome each one

One problem is that people can become so obese that they're winded just by walking a single block. The way to overcome it is for them to walk a little and rest a little, and repeat that. Even if they can only walk for a minute, they can do one minute and rest one minute, and keep going.

Other reasons can include that they have a condition that makes some exercise difficult, like their joints hurt, but the answer is to go swimming instead. Or they can't exercise because they don't know what to do, so someone needs to teach them. Or they live in an unsafe area where they're afraid to walk, so the answer is to go to a mall and walk there. Or they lack time, so teach them that they can exercise in short spurts, like parking farther away and walking or taking the stairs instead of the elevator. There, that's five. Hope your homework goes well.

Time restraints, stress, routine, lack of effort, and bad habits.

I think that's five. People have too many excuses not to, but by doing exercise it makes what everything else you do that much more enjoyable.

I like playing tennis or going to the gym or jogging, it helps with the day and (this is huge for me,) helping me sleep at nite.
