exercise more and reduce your food intake are the only ones I know off. cut out beer drink, more water think about swimming and I say Good luck I know I need to lose lots and am not getting there.

Losing weight is your wrong idea about getting into shape. it should be "losing fat". Never trust your body weight, because even if you are heavy, your concern is your level of body fat which should be lower than 15%.

1) Change eating habits (no in between meal snacks)
2) Change dietry habits (eat healthier foods)
3) Change excersize habits (just 15 mins per day helps)
4) Change social habits (Do fun, active things eg. beach ... not things where you can sit and eat - eg.sport in front of TV)
5) Change your goals (more than HOW, you need a WHY or the weight will come back)
