Wait 24 hours. If you have any kind of reaction on your chin from the hydrogen peroxide then you shouldn't use it. Hydrogen Peroxide is actually used on cuts sometimes but some people have reactions to it.

It would probably be OK. I've just started this on skin but not on face. So far so good.
Best if you use food-grade and especially diluted to 3 or 6%. Usually food grade comes in 35% solution but that's way too potent and would burn your skin.
This link below also has a store that sells 6% food grade.
You can just dilute it w/DISTILLED water (not tap or even spring) Distilled is the purest water.
The drug store stuff is iffy. It's all 'stabilized' which means it's full of nasty preservatives that can make the H2o2 (hydrogen peroxide) not nearly as pure as the food grade.

Well, I have but for totally different reasons. I brake out w/ hives that make me itch like crazy, scratching all the time and breaking the skin so, i pour peroxide on it ...cheek bone jaw area ...to prevent an infection (hands/nails are very dirty) But, never really noticed if my face was softer, feels the same as it always has....like a baby bottom ..lol jk... But no unsightly side affects have ever accured.... I do use it for brushing my teeth ...after the tooth paste or sometimes just gargle w/ it, It whitens them. If u have darker skin and hair normally, just remember tht peroxide is also used for lightening hair "sunin" has peroxide in it.......Olive oil softens the skin also ;)

I use hydrogen peroxide all the time. ( 3%) It cleans out pimples or cuts.It dissolves crusted dried blood. You can pour it directly on a cut. It won't increase your circulation though. Massaging your skin will increase circulation. Applying cinnamon essential oil will increase circulation also.

(H2O2) is a very pale blue liquid which appears colourless in a dilute solution, slightly more viscous than water. It is a weak acid. It has strong oxidizing properties and is therefore a powerful bleaching agent that has found use as a disinfectant, as an oxidizer, and in rocketry (particularly in high concentrations as high-test peroxide (HTP) asamonopropellant), and in bipropellant systems.
Hydrogen peroxide was first isolated in 1818 by Louis Jacques Thénard by reacting barium peroxide with nitric acid. An improved version of this process used hydrochloric acid, followed by sulfuric acid to precipitate the barium sulfate byproduct. Thenard's process was used from the end of the 19th century until the middle of the 20th century
Hydrogen peroxide has been used as an antiseptic and anti-bacterial agent for many years. While its use has decreased in recent years with the popularity of better-smelling and more readily-available over the counter products, it is still used by many hospitals, doctors and dentists in sterilising, cleaning and treating everything from floors to root canal procedures.
Recently, alternative medical practitioners have advocated administering doses of hydrogen peroxide intravenously in extremely low (less than one percent) concentrations for hydrogen peroxide therapy — a controversial alternative medical treatment for cancer. However, according to the American Cancer Society, "there is no scientific evidence that hydrogen peroxide is a safe, effective or useful cancer treatment." They advise cancer patients to "remain in the care of qualified doctors who use proven methods of treatment and approved clinical trials of promising new treatments." Internal use of hydrogen peroxide has a history of causing fatal blood disorders, and its recent use as a therapeutic treatment has been linked to several deaths.
Hydrogen peroxide is Generally Recognised As Safe (GRAS) as an antimicrobial agent, an oxidizing agent and more by the US Food and Drug Administration. Hydrogen peroxide can also be used as a toothpaste when mixed with correct quantities of baking soda and salt. Like benzoyl peroxide, hydrogen peroxide is also sometimes used in the treatment of acne.
Hydrogen peroxide is also seen in some alternative medicine treatments. Joseph Mercola recommends pouring small amounts into the ear canal as a method of treating colds.
Hydrogen peroxide is also used as an emetic in veterinary practice
....all the best.
