I have a Scottish Fold named "Bunny Airplane Ears" and a mixed breed named "Callie Wallie Kitty Witty Queen of the Kitties" and a British Shorthair Mix named "Launch Pad" because he doesn't just jump, he launches himself. I also have a rescued Munchkin named ALARA which is an acronym used in the nuclear industry meaning As Low As Reasonably Achievable. Naming cats is such fun!

I have also had cats named "Robert Red-Furred" and "Cleocatra" and "Phlannel" and "Skippyjohn". One of my first cats was named "Beetlebomb" after listening to an old Spike Jones record. Also "Winnie the Purr" and others named for most of the cats in the musical "Cats". I could go on and on, but I won't.

My cats are called Pluisje (dutch, means fluf in english) cause she's just soooo soft (siamese) and Knorretje (means piglet from pooh but also the purring sound they make) because she makes the sound everytime you touch her or she touches a piece of furniture.

A friend off mine once had a cat called Doos, which is an other name for the female private part.

The silliest name I've ever heard for a cat was Slimy. She was a beautiful black cat, didn't fit the name at all!

I've also known a Trevor, and a Little It.

I had a cat we called "Rudder Butt" or even Butt... She would fly down the hall way and her rear end would go one way, but her tail would be in the opposite direction, like on a boat. It was a riot to watch. Even put 'rudder butt' down on the form at the vet under name. Got a few raised eyebrows. lol.

My current cats name is Snickers, because she's brown and tan, kind of like the inside of the candy bar.

My two cats are Gerta and Countess. Gerta is part Siamese and she has the breed's red pupils surrounded by bright blue. She can look quite evil when relaxing, so her nick name is 'Satan'. Her other nicks include 'Mrrroooooowl!' (because she aaaalways growls if you take her spot on the futon!), and Queenie. Countess thinks she's queen. Gerta KNOWS she's queen!

Countess is a real butterball. Her nick names include 'Meow Mix', 'Stir Fry', 'fuzz butt' and 'lard ***'. She's also a devoted toy killer and regularly presents me with her shredded felt mice. Her nick when she does that is 'Oh great hunter queen'.

Both cats are called butter ball, turd factory (especially when they present me with fresh presents in the tray as I'm cleaning >.< ) and 'snot'.
