I need to renew my (Houston) TX-ID card,can I go online for that or do I have to go there physically?
They are always so busy at the office?
How much does it cost to just renew a state license/TX- ID,can I pay with credit card online?
(NOT A DRIVINGS LICENSE)
How much and how long does it take to receive it in the mail?

Looks like you can if you obtained the ID at their office (instead of online) before this one expires. Looks like $24 and credit cards ok.
