The reason being? My wife is in labor, and....Heck, yeah. My child is at home an needs this.... heck ya. If you cut into the front of the line with a legitimate reason, you'll find most people are quite compassionate and understanding. Doing it because you're just a rude impatient idiot is an entirely different matter. And c'mon, I have a bazillion things in my cart, and some poor woman has a half gallon of milk and a head of lettuce? Why should she have to wait behind me? But then, of course, common courtesy would dictate, "Gee, I see all you have is milk and.., why don't you go ahead of me? I'll be a while."

Yes, in RARE instances. For example you have ALREADY waited in line at a fast food restaurant and you get to your table only to find they have given you the wrong item (s), toppings, cold food, etc.
I have had two "managers" and I use the term loosely, tell me I needed to get back in line to have the problems resolved. Once, I simply needed to get the correct burger. After I was told that, I got back in line but instead of the one burger, I made them refill my family's entire order since it got cold while I had to wait in line again. The other time, was similar but an over-charge. That manager was so rude, I waited in line and made them refund my entire family's food and asked for the owner's name. He just happened to BE there and informed his manager that no one was EVER to have to wait in line to have a problem fixed. All of our meals were then free and he gave us his card for another free meal.
The same goes for incorrect movie tickets- you can't wait in line again and still get to the movie.

No. If the other people had to wait, why shouldn't you? If you don't want to wait in line then don't get it one.

No. If you understand the purpose of a queue you would have to have the patience to wait for your turn.
