Both are bad. Xenical stops your body from breaking down fat but it has to get out of your body some how and you wanna be real close to a toilet when that happens or make a habit of wearing "depends", Duromine is like speed and you will be hard pressed to find a doctor that will give it to you. It keeps you awake, your hair can fall out and sends you on super mood sliders.
Personally, I would say get moving and eat less of the bad stuff. Do it the natural way and it will be less likely to reappear.

From experience, I would not reccommend Xenical. It will make you have constant diarhea and anal leakage. You would have to wear an adult diaper to keep it from leaking because it leaks involuntarily. I know it's gross, but unfortunately that is the sideaffect. I only took it for a few days because the sideaffects were terrible. A friend of mine tried Xenical as well and had the same result, only she wasn't as lucky as I was. I took the pill while I was at home, whereas she took it just prior to heading out for lunch with her friends and needless to say...her white pants ended up with leakage stains. Don't waste your money - Xenical works like a lexative from hell. In terms of Kiwis, they also act like laxitives and will make you go to the bathroom if you eat more than 3 at a time, so if that's what you're looking for, maybe you should just try over the counter laxatives and save yourself the consumption of extra calories. However, this is a temporary fix, it is not healthy for your body to always have an upset stomach and will lead to health problems. It is just not worth it. There is no magic pill or magic solution to weight loss. I've tried everything from Xenical, to kiwis, to Xenadrine, Stacker 2, liquid diets, and many others, and the only thing that has worked was diet and regular exercise. With all the other methods you may lose some weight initially but since it's impossible to stick to those unhealthy methods of weight loss, eventually you will have to get off the diet pills and you will gain all the weight back, and then some (speaking from experience). So, don't bother - go with what's been known to work - less caloric intake and more physical activity output.

In my opinion, both are wrong, and the best way to lose weight is don't use these substances and hard exercise.

Here are some articles about Xenical

Orlistat (marketed under the trade name Xenical by Roche or over-the-counter as alli by GlaxoSmithKline), also known as tetrahydrolipstatin, is a drug designed to treat obesity. Its primary function is preventing the absorption of fats from the human diet, thereby reducing caloric intake. It is intended for use in conjunction with a physician-supervised reduced calorie diet.

Orlistat is the saturated derivative of lipstatin. Lipstatin was isolated from Streptomyces toxytricini and is also a potent inhibitor of pancreatic lipases. However, due to simplicity and stability, orlistat rather than lipstatin was developed into an anti-obesity drug.

Side effects
The primary side effects of the drug are gastrointestinal-related. Side effects are most severe within the first year of therapy, and decrease in frequency with time.[7] Because orlistat's main effect is to prevent dietary fat from being absorbed, the fat is excreted unchanged in the feces and so the stool may become oily or loose (steatorrhea). Increased flatulence is also common. Bowel movements may become frequent or urgent, and rare occurrences of fecal incontinence have been seen in clinical trials. To minimize these effects, foods with high fat content should be avoided and the manufacturer advises consumers to follow a low-fat, reduced-calorie diet. Oily stools and flatulence can be controlled by reducing the dietary fat content to somewhere in the region of 15 grams per meal.

The absorption of fat-soluble vitamins and other fat-soluble nutrients are inhibited by the use of orlistat. A multivitamin tablet containing these vitamins (A, D, E, K, and beta-carotene) should be taken once a day, at least 2 hours before or after taking the drug.

Despite claims that orlistat increases the risk of breast cancer amongst clinical trial participants, there is evidence to suggest that the introduction of specific varied preparations containing orlistat can actually induce cell death in tumor cells and block their growth.

A 2006 animal study addressed a connection orlistat shares with aberrant crypt foci (ACF) in the colon, which are believed to be one of the earliest precursors of colon cancer.

Here are some articles about Phentermine / Duromine

Phentermine is a drug primarily used as an appetite suppressant. Chemically, it is an amphetamine (and a phenethylamine). It is typically prescribed for individuals who are at increased medical risk because of their weight, as opposed to cosmetic weight loss. Phentermine is sold either as an immediate-release formulation (Adipex®) or as a slow-release resin (Ionamin®, Duromine® in Australia and New Zealand).

Side effects
Generally, phentermine appears to be relatively well tolerated. It can produce side effects consistent with its catecholamine-releasing properties, e.g., tachycardia, increased heart rate, increased alertness, but the incidence and magnitude of these appear to be less than with the amphetamines. Because phentermine acts through sympathomimetic pathways, the drug may increase blood pressure and heart rate. It may also cause palpitations, restlessness, and insomnia. Additionally, individuals taking this drug on a long-term basis may develop euphoria and a psychological addiction to it.

Xenical is essentially a weight loss pill intended for dieters who already have obesity problems, and whose progress is safely monitored by their respective doctors. The main ingredient of Xenical is Orlistat, which is categorized as a lipase-inhibitor. This means that Xenical does its 'magic' in the intestinal tract, sending out the 'surplus' fat ingested through eating so that the body does not digest and store it.
Orlistat actually inhibits pancreatic lipase, which is the enzyme responsible for breaking down the triglycerides in your intestine. By doing so, Xenical therefore prevents triglycerides from turning into free fatty acids that your body can absorb. Xenical manufacturers say that their wonder weight loss drug can dramatically reduce - by up to 30% -- the quantity of fat absorbed into the bloodstream, provided that a patient takes the standard prescription dosage pegged at 120 mg, before meals, three times everyday.
This means that Xenical can keep around 600 calories from being digested by your body everyday. Losing 600 calories a day can cause you to lose about 1 pound every week.

Different studies have different conclusions about the effectiveness of Xenical, but for the most part, they all seem to prove that it is effective. Some 35 to 55 percent of Xenical-taking dieters were found to have decreased their body mass by at least 5 percent, but of course, the entirety of this mass was not necessarily fat. About 16 to 25 percent were able to reduce their body mass by at least 10 percent. More importantly, though, Xenical takers seemed to have reduced type 2 diabetes instances - by around 37 percent, in fact, which is a huge difference.
