If you don't have enough fiber in your diet, your digestive tract will have trouble pushing things through in a timely matter. They classify someone as being constipated generally if they haven't had a bowel movement in three days. You seem to be perpetually constipated. This is not a good thing. You're overusing your intestines, and without enough fiber, you're more than likely damaging the lining of your intestines on a continual basis. Risk of cancer is much greater then. Start eating your fruits and vegetables on a daily basis, and if need be get a tub of a fiber supplement, and drink a glass once or twice a day to get things moving regularly.
You can also get some docusate sodium, they're little gel-capsules, and I'd suggest taking those twice a day.
I would advise that you consult your doctor before taking any medication, however.
If you have been getting enough fiber, maybe you have a resident tapeworm...that's more just to scare you though.
That's my two cents for ya.

Sorry, didn't mean to scare you like that. Maybe you're one of those rare people with a very high metabolism rate, and you're converting more of your food into energy than the average bear. The frequency of your bowel movements is still questionable though. How active are you? Perhaps you have a very slow metabolism from inactivity. Try working out if you haven't been active in your daily life.

It is different for every one, your digestive tract, what you eat, and your life style have a big impact on how often you go. Some people have one or more bowel movements a day while some have only3 or 4 a week.If you have less than 3 a week, they are painful, and you have to strain alot you are probably constipated. There are many reasons why this happens. Not getting enough fiber in your diet and some medications are two very common reasons.
