No. If you don't feel the answer is the best one, then it is not the best. Being a christian dosen't mean a person is perfect; it means the person is striving to reach perfection. And the perfection of which a christian strives for will come when Jesus comes.

No it's not a sin. If you think that was the most appropriate answer, you should choose it as the best answer irregardless the belief of that person.

Yes, if you honestly believed that his answer was the best..and didn't choose him solely because he was a christian, Aetheist, mormon, hindu, muslim...etc
