Here is a link to a weekly exercise program. However, we cannot spot reduce and so a comprehensive fat loss program is needed. Also, the most important component of fat loss is nutrition. On that note, here are some links to info on fat loss and a sample meal plan.

well, it seems you have the body that stores most of the fat in the lower half your body. doesn't matter because with the right exercise and nutrition, you can achieve overall perfect body.

Your first goal should be fat loss, not toning, because fat loss gradually tones you up when done the right way.

And from my own experience I can say is to eat 6 to 8 meals a day of 350 calories including lean protein in every meal. Protein is very important.

Next, you need to workout twice a day for two weeks for instant results and then the next week with one workout a day. Repeat this cycle.. This is a long advice, but for a sample plan and sample workout with additional rules.
