How old is he?? If he is still a baby it could be what they call a milk tooth ..meaning it is not his real tooth , new borns can get it as well but they will lose it but not like u lose a real tooth because a milk tooth is a lot softer then a normal one.Was he ever really sick as a baby? Certain medication could do it lack of vitamins, floride, even if u were lacking or taking something when carrying him. Kinda difficult to to answer this question w/ out knowing his age. Ask his pediatrition or Dentist...depending on how old he is, how many teeth. If he is still a baby/toddler ur doctor would more then likely know.

Maybe you should take him to the Dentist to have it checked out, but as it is his milk tooth you want to make sure that there is nothing impeding or going to cause anything wrong with the adult tooth.
