i saw an infomercial on some aerobic work out and the thing is i do crunches but i have to lift weights before i get to them and im just spent and out of energy trying to do them is there anything more effective then old fashion crunches are there any ab machines outthere that actually work or are they all bs? thanks

Just stick with crunches, but what u will need to do is some cardio, u want to burn the layer of fat ontop of your abs. YES crunches will work your abs and is efficient, but it does NOT BURN FAT. and if u have a layer of fat ontop of your abs....nobodys gonna be able to see it.

Personally, I do not think there is anything more effective than the high step. High stepping while running is, imho, the most effective method of attaining "six-pack" abs.

stand against the wall back flat to it and take the deepest breath you can take and hold it for about 15-20 seconds repeat 10 times.....A fitness director told me about this recently.....not sure if or how long it would take to get results
