I suggest skype - it's what I always suggest to my students. (I am an English university teacher in China)
Anyway, I like talking to Chinese, and I am trying to collect blogs written by Chinese - whether in English or Chinese. Hehe - maybe I can be your friend as I am trying to learn Chinese in my spare time :)
