Advantages to washing in the morning includes not going out with bedhead, looking and smelling fresh and more time for other things. At night, it's healthier for the hair because you can just let it dry naturally without blow drying it which can damage the hair. Just don't go to bed with wet hair because everyone says that that can cause eyes to blur. I don't know if that's true but better to be safe, right?

washing before you go to bed is a good idea - as long as you let your hair dry naturally and don't blow dry. It's MUCH better for your hair than blow drying in the morning.
The only unhealthy thing about it is - brushing it when wet, pulling it back when wet and letting it dry that way, or the risk of some crazy bedhead in the morning ;-)

But health-wise it's really a good idea because it eliminates the need for a dryer - which is awful for your hair.

I don't know if it's bad for your health but I've noticed that my hair is more oily the next day when I wash it before I go to bed, then when I was it in the morning :o)

I wash my hair before I go to bed for a few reasons...
-No time in the day
-I am tooo tired in the morning
-When you wash your hair at night, the poofiness goes down as you sleep
-It's more relaxing

I don't think it really matters when you wash your hair. Whatever works for you :)

I wash my hair in the morning. I do this just because it wakes me up and I hate sleeping with wet hair. My mom's neck got messed up from sleeping with wet hair like the water messed it up and she was stuck with a neck brace for three months. Plus your hair smells good longer if you wash it in the morning.

Has anyone found anything that is good for your health? Things in the 60s that were said to be killers have been found to be lifesavers, or whatever. I wash my hair whenever I want and I am alive, I think.

ist not good to go to bed with wet hair, maybe before dinner ahve a shower etc and make sure its dry before bed, the moisture in the pillow can cause all sorts of germs otheriwise, wash it before you go out in the morning so that doesnt happen.
